Very clean and warm rooms. Cozy fireplace for a cozy atmosphere. Delicious and fast breakfast. Big yard to relax and chill. Comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. Friendly staff and inviting tavern. Excellent location for daily excursions. Nice breakfast.

The place is very nice, a typical white and blue Santorini house, the rooms are big and very clean, we could use the kitchen and felt at home. Karterados is not as "central" as Fira, but nevertheless very nice, the bus stop is very near and however you can reach Fira in 15-20 min on foot. What we liked most about our stay in Villa Rosa, however, were the people: Rosa and her husband are very kind, helpful, and welcome guests with a big smile.

Location is great for visiting nearby towns. the breafast was delicious and varied, standard and traditional foods. the staff was polite and helpful at all times.

The Christmas festivities were not up to expectations. No special decorations, music or activities beyond the traditional ones.

Very old building, no view and bathroom in really bad condition. They gave us the ''breakfast'' from the first day and we had to keep it for 2 days more! They woke us up at 8:00am to pay them!

Simple comfortable quiet rooms in a lovely village. Very freindly hospitable owner, fluent in Greek and English. tavernas and cafes in the village. Peaceful location, but only 15 minute walk away from Fira - from the museum and caldera edge. Busses nearby too for fira and beaches.

Located near a beautiful lake and right beside a soothing river, this hotel promises an idyllic view. the rooms are clean and spacious, with cozy fireplaces to provide warmth. the staff is friendly and the breakfast is appetizing. the bathroom is clean and well-furnished with hot water facilities.

The bedding may not be comfortable for all guests, with some reporting hard mattresses and small duvets.

We had a great stay at this hotel located close to a beautiful river. The best aspects were the cleanliness, tasty breakfast, friendly staff, and convenient parking.

The nearby river was a great place to enjoy a morning walk. The bed was quite comfortable, and the room was quite large. Plus, the food at the tavern looked delicious.

The heating was not working upon our arrival, and it took a long time for the room to become warm. the location was difficult to find due to inaccurate map placement.
